Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

By submitting payment, the Exhibitor agrees to all terms outlined below. “WMM” refers to William Murphy Ministries and its agents. “Exhibitor” refers to any individual or business assigned vendor space at First Baptist Church Piney Grove (FBCPG) during the 2026 Recalibrate Intercessory Prayer Conference (IPC).

General Agreement

Exhibitors agree to comply with all rules set by WMM. WMM retains sole control over the exhibit hall and vendor space assignments.

Insurance & Liability

Exhibitors are solely responsible for insuring their property, products, and liability. Neither WMM nor FBCPG provides insurance coverage for exhibitor property. Exhibitors assume all risk for loss, theft, damage, or injury and agree to indemnify and hold harmless WMM and FBCPG from any claims arising from their participation.

Exhibit Space & Conduct

• Exhibitors must maintain their space in good order and remain within assigned boundaries.

• Blocking access or visibility of other vendors is not permitted.

• Nothing may be attached to walls, floors, or columns without written permission.

• Packing, setup, and breakdown must follow directions from conference staff.

• Exhibitors may not disrupt conference programming, solicit attendees away from sessions, or interfere with other vendors.

  
  

Setup & Breakdown

• Setup: Wednesday, January 21, 2026 | 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Vendors not present by 7:30 PM without prior communication may forfeit their space.

• Breakdown: Friday, January 23, 2026, immediately following the evening service.

• A 6-ft table and two chairs is provided; vendors must supply their own table covering.

Health & Safety (Flu / COVID)

Exhibitors acknowledge the risk of exposure to Flu or COVID and voluntarily assume that risk. Exhibitors agree to:

• Follow all CDC and conference health guidelines

• Confirm they are symptom-free and have not had recent exposure or high-risk travel

• Notify the Vendor Coordinator immediately if symptoms arise

• Understand that no refunds are guaranteed due to illness or positive test results

Release & Waiver

Exhibitors release and waive all claims against WMM and FBCPG related to injury, illness, death, property loss, or damages arising from participation in the conference.
